What V1 got right
It made the whiteboard replacement feel real.
Calendar, person cards, groceries, shared notes, and meals all lived on one screen. This version was useful because it made the household board visible enough to test.
Why it could not stay this way
It was already becoming more than a calendar.
The surface looked workable, but editable days, runtime status, timers, meds, shifts, and appearance state were already pushing it toward a real household appliance.
